Industrial Auxiliary Equipment

FMW Distributors is an pleased to offer Temptek industrial auxiliary equipment.  Temptek has revolutionized the market of low cost auxiliary equipment for industry.  Temptek's product philosophy is to provide economically affordable equipment that is built for round the clock operations and provides years of trouble-free service while offering maximum returns on capital investments.

FMW Distributors only sells to other businesses, government agencies and general contractors.  Unfortunately, we do not sell to the general public and cannot drop ship orders to residential addresses, except for orders placed by general contractors.  If shipment is made to a general contractor's residential address, a resale certificate must be faxed prior to placing an order.

Temperature Control Units

Water & Oil Units

Temperature control units circulate a fluid medium (typically water or oil) through a process application for HEATING can supply temperatures between 30° to 400°F (depending on medium). Temperature controller units service only a single process at a time, but are designed to be moved between process applications as the need requires.

WATER UNITS
30°F - 250°F
  OIL UNITS
100°F - 400°F

Oil Units Temperature Control Units

A pump circulates water through the process. An electric heater and a cooling valve work together to control the water temperature. Theses units are portable and require a plant water supply source and are available with a variety of different control instruments, heater sizes, and cooling valves.

A pump circulates high temperature oil through the process. An electric heater elevates the temperature of the oil. Cooling is achieved through ambient radiation or through the use of an optional heat exchanger. Units are available microprocessor control instrument, several heater KW ratings, and several optional cooling heat exchanger sizes.

Liquid Portable Chillers

Air & Water-Cooled Models : ¼ to 40 Tons

Process liquid chillers are designed to circulate a fluid medium (typically water, or a water-glycol solution) through a process application for COOLING and can supply temperatures between 20° to 65°F. These units can service a single or multiple cooling points, and are designed to be moved between process applications as the need requires. Generally, portable liquid chillers are offered in capacities from ¼ to 40 tons.

  WATER-COOLED LIQUID CHILLERS
1 - 40 tons

Air-Cooled Liquid Chillers

Water-Cooled Liquid Chillers

Air-cooled liquid chillers use ambient air to dissipate process heat. These units efficiently run in plant air temperatures between 60° to 95°F.

Major benefits to air-cooled units are heat recovery (for supplemental heating), exhaust air ducting (for plant ventilation), and less operating expense.

Water-cooled liquid chillers use a plant water supply source (tower water, city water, or well water) to dissipate process heat.

Major benefits to water-cooled units are less capital expense and less maintenance.

Process Chillers:  Central Units

Air & Water-Cooled Models : 5 to 180 Tons

Process liquid chillers are designed to circulate a fluid medium (typically water, or a water-glycol solution) through a process application for COOLING and can supply temperatures between 20° to 65°F. Central units provide enough capacity to serve multiple process applications. Generally, central liquid chillers are offered in capacities from 5 to 180 tons and can serve several process at once.

Pump Tank Stations

Polyethylene and Steel Reservoirs, from 200 - 3600 Gallons

Temptek pump tank stations are a two part system, a reservoir and pumping station with one or two pumps. The assembly is designed circulate a fluid medium (typically water or water-glycol solution) through several process applications through out your plant. Pump tank stations work with COOLING TOWER SYSTEMS or CHILLING SYSTEMS to make a central water system.

POLYETHYLENE RESERVOIRS
450 - 3200 Gallons
  STEEL RESERVOIRS
250 - 3600 Gallons

Polyethylene Reservoirs pump tank system

PT Series steel reservoir pump tank stations

These units use a patented design to create a structurally sound cylindrical reservoir that offers total corrosion resistance. Polyethylene reservoirs can be used for tower or chiller systems.

These units use steel sheets, double pass welded into a rectangular shaped reservoir, reinforced by angular tank banding.

Cooling Tower Systems

Fiberglass and Galvanized Steel Models, from 8 - 540 Tons

Temptek tower cells are designed to COOL water through evaporation. Cooling towers are part of a central system (with a pump tank station).  Tower cells supply temperatures to 85° (depending on ambient air heat and humidity) and are installed outside the plant building, either elevated on a stand or mounted on the roof.

FIBERGLASS MODELS
45 - 540 tons
  GALVANIZED STEEL MODELS
8 - 126 tons

Air-Cooled Liquid Chillers

Water-Cooled Liquid Chillers

These tower cells are made of durable UV protected fiberglass with a counter air flow design.

These cells are made of galvanized sheet metal with a cross air flow design.
